Booking and cancellation policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full deposit refund. Contact the studio where you booked, with your booking reference, to request cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are reviewed by the studio; a refund is not guaranteed.

Tufting and pouring require a $20 deposit per guest; perler requires $9.99 per guest. Automatically accepted bookings collect the deposit immediately through Square. Requests requiring studio approval place a temporary card authorization instead; the studio collects it only when accepting your request before the review deadline. Dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed. Requests expire after at most six days or before the workshop starts, whichever comes first. Declined, withdrawn or expired requests have their authorization canceled; your bank determines when the pending hold disappears. The deposit is credited toward your workshop total; the remaining balance is paid at the studio. The rest of a perler visit is paid at the studio by the hour, for the time actually used. We do not save your card for future payments.

When a refund is approved, it is returned through Square to the original payment method. A refund shown as processing has not completed. Your bank may take additional time to post a completed refund. Cancelling one workshop does not cancel the other workshops in your order.

A full session may accept requests for an exception; acceptance is not guaranteed. Blocked dates are unavailable. You may withdraw a request before it is accepted using your private status link.

If checkout is interrupted, check your existing booking before paying again. If a payment completes but we cannot reserve the seats, we arrange a refund and show its progress.
