Booking privacy notice

Basic Analytics is on by default. Google Analytics and Vercel analytics help measure public page visits, confirmed inquiries, checkout and collected workshop deposits. A purchase is recorded only when your private status page verifies a successfully collected deposit. We do not send your name, contact details, messages, card information or private booking links to Basic Analytics. Payment amounts reflect the online deposit, not a projected studio bill.

Marketing is allowed by default at the start of a new browser session. To turn it off for this session, open Privacy settings, switch Marketing off and select Save. Basic Analytics stays on when Marketing is off. Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta tracking are currently disabled; allowing Marketing does not enable an unconfigured service or permit contact matching that you previously refused.

We use cookies limited to this website and browser session to remember your saved Marketing choice. Tabs on the same website share the choice. Your browser may restore session cookies when reopening a saved session, so closing a window does not always reset it. If cookies cannot be saved, we show an error and keep Marketing off on the current page when you select Off; that choice may not carry to another page or tab.

Older analytics preferences, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals do not independently switch off Basic Analytics or Marketing under this policy. Use Marketing Off and Save for the current session. If you tell us you are under 18, both are off; we retain only that restriction, not your birth date. Turning Marketing back on does not remove a retained age restriction or a previous contact-matching refusal.

Your browser also keeps an opaque booking reference to prevent counting the same purchase again on refresh or a later visit; clearing browser data removes that record. Already transmitted events cannot be recalled by changing your preference. Booking and payment processing work independently of these measurement choices.

We collect your name, email, phone number, selected studio, workshop times, guest counts and options to manage your booking and contact you. We retain booking, payment and refund references, amounts, status, policy acceptance and email delivery records for operations and reconciliation. Contact or group inquiry forms also retain the information you submit.

Square processes card details in its hosted payment form. This booking application does not store the card number or save a card for later charges. Supabase hosts booking data, Resend sends booking and inquiry emails, and Vercel hosts the website and provides site analytics. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse.

The relevant studio receives the contact and workshop details needed to manage your visit. The checkout page uses session storage for your cart and recovery reference; new requests are accessed using a private credential in your status link. Keep this link private. Historical checkout recovery may require the checkout email. Staff access to booking records requires an authorized admin account.

To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion review, contact your booked studio with your booking reference. Payment, refund and operational record requirements may affect which records can be removed.
